You must use SpeakFlow in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have verifiable parental consent to use our services.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, bypassing access controls, or interfering with other users’ learning experience.

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Use content only for personal, non-commercial learning unless otherwise permitted.
• Comply with all course-specific rules provided at enrollment.

Course fees are charged upfront. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and otherwise in USD.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us to charge it for the order total, including applicable taxes and fees.

• Receipts are delivered electronically to your account email.
• Promotions and discounts may be time-limited and non-transferable.
• Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.

You can cancel before the course starts for a full refund; partial refunds may be available after start, subject to progress and downloadable materials accessed.

If you subscribed to recurring access, you may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks without contacting support may lead to account suspension.

Respectful communication is required. We may suspend accounts for violations including harassment, hate speech, doxing, or distributing illegal content.

When participating in live sessions or community spaces, follow moderator instructions and respect quiet hours and posted guidelines.

• No sharing of private instructor materials without permission.
• No posting of malware, phishing links, or spam.
• Report safety concerns to support immediately.

We provide courses “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including outages, natural disasters, or third‑party service disruptions.

All course content, site design, logos, and trademarks are owned by SpeakFlow or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning.

• You may not reproduce or distribute materials without explicit permission.
• You may take notes and retain personal copies for private use.
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without compensation.

We collect only the data needed to operate and improve the service, including account information, usage metrics, and payment data handled by certified processors. See our privacy disclosures within your account for details.

You can access, rectify, or delete your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through the website or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
